At Royce' India, our goal is to provide our customers with high quality product with an impeccable experience.

All of our confections are perishable, therefore, all purchases will be final and non-refundable. Royceindia.com is not liable for incorrect order information provided by the customer.

Lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the recipient's address by our third party delivery partners, cannot be refunded nor exchanged.
Order cancellations or modifications such as change of delivery address or order quantity requires a notification lead time of 24 hours before the chosen delivery date.

The Company will use its partners for delivery of orders/products to the address provided at the time of receipt of the order. Any change in the address or contact details needs to be sent via the email address or mobile number on record.

Some of the gift hampers and items sold via our website are perishable and/or heat sensitive and may be rendered inedible if returned to origin due to non-delivery. If after notification by the delivery partner, the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery to accept the package and the same is marked as RTO (return to origin), then the Company shall inspect the same for damage of items, packaging or in the case of consumables, whether they are presentable. The Company will notify the sender in case the damage to products or packaging requires replacement and will advise on the cost of replacing these items. The customer may choose to incur this additional replacement charge or cancel the order. In case of cancellation, the Company will refund the amount less the value of the damaged items.
